What is Health with Friends?
Health with Friends is a three part system. With one low monthly fee, you get the guidance of a personal coach; a membership site where you have access to workouts, nutritional strategies, and other content that will help you be successful in your goals; and a fantastic community of like-minded women who share many of the same struggles as you, who are being successful in improving their health!
We've been fed a series of untruths about what health is supposed to look like, from eating 1200 calories and running an hour a day - just so that we can look good in our clothes. Join an online community of women who are tired of dieting and battling with their weight; who's main health goal is to learn how to look and feel good in her body.
Coaching
You know what you should be doing, but for whatever reason you're not doing it. You need and want some accountability, but personal trainers are expensive, and personal training isn't sustainable in the long run.
You need a coach. Someone who's empathetic to your situation, still holds your feet to the fire.
Content
At the gym, you get bored easily. And you think you're eating healthy, but the weight just isn't coming off like it used to in your 20's & 30's. No, you don't have any aspirations of getting a six-pack, but you need some guidance: new workouts, or a nutritional strategy that is different than eating salads every day.
Community
You have social support - there's no denying that. You have lots of friends who are so supportive, but you feel like you're starting to sound like a broken record - you seem to be having the same conversations, but nothing is changing. Although they're empathetic and good listeners, your friends aren't helping you with coming up with solutions. You're ready to make the change. And you're not sure that your support network can help.
